Rod Stumbles - Mediator
Rod is a multi-disciplinary mediator and online mediation specialist, accredited under the Australian Mediator Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS), with a focus on business disputes.
He is also a commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience, former Chair of the Corporate and Commercial Law Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria, and principal of Stumbles Business Law, a legal practice he established in 2015. He has degrees in Commerce and Law.
Rod is an astute professional with considerable commercial experience.
He is a natural peacemaker, respectful, diplomatic and trustworthy. A reformed litigator, he is keen to make a difference by keeping parties out of Court, and helping them to settle their differences, move on to better things, and get back to business, preferably with their relationship intact, or even enhanced.
