The Founder
The firm was founded by Rod Stumbles, a commercial lawyer and mediator.
Rod is former Chair of the Business and Corporate Law Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria.
He has more than 30 years' experience in legal practice in Australia and overseas, including roles in top and mid-tier law firms and in-house legal positions within listed and privately held companies.
He advises small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups. His practice focuses on commercial contracts, business transactions and corporate advisory work.
Rod is an accredited mediator under the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) and provides mediation services, including online mediation.
